Representative matters include acting on behalf of/advising:
- individuals and legal entities on the violation of provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights, as well as the fulfilment of the admissibility requirements set by the Convention.
- owners of commercial and industrial enterprises which have been nationalised before the former European Commission of Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in respect of claims arising from the expropriation of their property as well as the violation of their rights to a fair trial and to effective national remedies.
